Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping for orders over $100CAD. However, due to the high costs of shipping to remote locations, we are unable to offer free shipping to Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut & the following postal codes:

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Here’s an overview of our shipping options:

• Free Delivery in Winnipeg and near surrounding cities: Estimated 2-3 business days. We will contact you through e-mail or text to coordinate delivery details. 

• Standard Shipping: Estimated 3-9 business days

• Letter Mail Shipping: Estimated 5-15 business days

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped, unless you chose lettermail at checkout (you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email but no tracking available, as noted during checkout). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Lettermail shipping: the buyer acknowledges that lettermail is at buyers risk. Lora Baby is not responsible of any damage or loss of the package.  

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Lora Baby is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
